**Responsabilités**
- En tant que Sales account manager et sous la responsabilité d’un sales manager, vos missions seront de:

- Participer à la création et à la fidélisation de votre portefeuille clients,
- Réception et traitement des appels entrants,
- Conseiller, accompagner et vendre le service le plus adapté aux demandes des clients,
- S’occuper de la prise de rdv,
- Participation à des projets transverses d’amélioration continue de l’activité de l’entreprise ;
- Participation à l’évolution du service

Profil recherché
- De formation minimum Bac+2 de type DUT GEA,
- Une première expérience commerciale sur un poste similaire,
- Reconnu pour vos capacités relationnelles, commerciales et votre sens du résultat,
- Exigent sur la qualité et la fiabilité des informations et conseils donnés,
- Organisé, synthétique, proactif et soucieux de la satisfaction client.
- LANGUES- SAVOIR-ÊTRE- Proactivité- Sens du relationnel- SAVOIR-FAIREAmélioration continue
