Au sein de notre équipe commerciale dynamique et sous la direction du Manager de l'équipe, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la dynamisation de notre pipeline commercial.
En tant que SDR, vos responsabilités incluront:
- La qualification et génération de leads pour booster le pipeline de vente de nos Business Managers.
- Être le point de contact pour une ou plusieurs équipes de vente.
- Analyser et optimiser l'efficacité des processus de vente.
- Coordonner le forecasting, la planification des ventes, ainsi que la gestion de la qualité et quantité du pipeline.
- Participer à l'amélioration de nos processus et outils de pilotage des ventes.
- Contribuer activement à nos projets de transformation.
**Profil recherché**:
Titulaire d'un diplôme Bac+5 d’une école de commerce.
Fortes compétences relationnelles, capacité à écouter, comprendre et convaincre.
Persévérant(e) et motivé(e) pour relever des défis.
- À l'aise avec le travail en équipe et désireux(se) de s'investir dans une aventure collective.**Process de recrutement**:
