Partner Sales Manager

Our Global Indirect Sales organization is looking for a business development expert in charge of growing our MODSIM (Unified Modeling and Simulation) portfolio.
This role in within a team whose mission is to guide the transformation of our partners in a way that will unlock the revenue growth potential of our new technologies and driven by new industrial trends. As such, we seek to:
- Extend and diversify the industrial processes that our partners can cover with our solutions
- Drive our partners to become trusted advisors by investing in skills and capabilities related to those industrial processes.
**Your Missions**
As a “Global Partner Sales Manager”, you will be in charge of the unified modeling and simulation domain (“MODSIM”). Your duties associated to your domain will be to:
- Plan the 3-year growth through a network of Dassault Systemes partners
- Work with our internal resources and teams to gather industry trends and business drivers that are transforming the market
- With the help of our Brands and Industry teams, develop go-to-market strategies and offer partner enablement to improve sales, upsell and cross-sell.
- Establish trusted relationships with local Sales Managers to understand their local market and partner potential in order to develop executable growth strategies.
- Collaborate and contribute to the success of common shared goals with partner development, acquisition and business transformation teams.
- Build and animate live and online events (Team facing, Partner facing, Customer facing).
**Your qualifications**
- Experience in software sales, enterprise sales, operations, or strategy with engineering, manufacturing, business services or consulting organizations.
- Self-starter, able to turn ideas into action
- Experience in indirect sells is a plus
- 8+ years experience with complex software sales management (ERP, CRM, MES, PLM, CAD) or equivalent experience.
- Experience in indirect sells is a plus
- Engineer or Sales professional background
- Ability to thrive with multi-disciplinary environments and manage stakeholders on sales and technical topics
- Proven autonomy, team spirit and ability to work with internal and external networks and extended teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong skills in analytics and reporting
- Sales & strategy focused; results driven
- Knowledge of Dassault Systemes portfolio is a plus
- Excellent fluency in English, French is a plus.
