Join us as a Lead Partnerships Business Development to spearhead our collaboration initiatives with major companies in the tech industry. In this pivotal role, you will forge pathways that enhance Qonto's market presence and client engagement in the French market.

As a Lead Partnerships Business Developer at Qonto, you will:

  1. Develop Strategic Partnerships: Identify and prioritize partnerships that expand our product offerings and drive client acquisition.
  2. Build Strong Relationships: Maintain long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders to ensure successful collaboration.
  3. Negotiate and Launch Partnerships: Lead negotiations and manage the launch of new partnerships.
  4. Scope and Execute Go-To-Market Plans: Oversee go-to-market strategies, focusing on customer experience, business models, and marketing.
  5. Collaborate Across Teams: Work with product, marketing, and acquisition teams to achieve partnership goals.
  6. Lead and Manage Your Team: Mentor and guide your team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  7. Embody Qonto’s Values: Promote and uphold Qonto’s culture and values in all interactions.

About You

  1. Experience: You have at least 7 years of experience and a proven track record of developing successful strategic partnerships in the tech industry.
  2. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams across business functions.
  3. Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate and negotiate complex partnership agreements.
  4. Analytical Skills: Strong capability in using data to drive decisions and improve partnership outcomes.
  5. Customer obsessed: You prioritize customer needs & experience in every business goal.
  6. Curious: You are willing to go deep to learn about the nuances of our ecosystem and product.
  7. Languages: You speak both French and English fluently.
