Le rôle du Commercial Key Accounts Manager

En tant que Commercial Key Accounts Manager, vous jouerez un rôle de premier plan dans la croissance de Medialex en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités, en assurant la satisfaction des clients existants, et en renforçant notre position sur le marché.

Les responsabilités
  • Prospection Active : Identifiez et prospectez de nouveaux clients potentiels par le biais de visio conférences, visites terrain, d'appels, ou encore via l'intégration de réseaux professionnels.
  • Développement de Portefeuille : Développez et gérez un portefeuille de comptes clés, en établissant des relations de confiance avec les interlocuteurs décideurs.
  • Analyse des Besoins : Comprenez les enjeux et les besoins des clients parfois complexes et en transformation, pour proposer des solutions adaptées.
  • Négociation et Conclusion : Menez les négociations commerciales et allez jusqu'au closing.
  • Suivi Client : Assurez un suivi régulier des clients pour maintenir un haut niveau de satisfaction et identifier du potentiel business.
  • Collaboration Interne : Travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques et marketing afin d'assurer la mise en œuvre efficace des solutions proposées.
Les compétences requises
  • Expérience significative en prospection BtoB.
  • Appétence pour les marchés publics.
  • Réalisme autonome, proactif et organisation de vos propres plannings.
  • Connaissance des Grands Comptes et capacité à les appréhender.
