Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to spearhead our commercial initiatives within the consumer products sector. This role is pivotal in executing our comprehensive commercial strategy across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the overarching commercial strategy of the organization, focusing on an integrated approach to drive regional growth.
  • Enhance relationships with established key accounts, such as Cultura, Fnac, and Woodbrass, while also pursuing new business opportunities and re-engaging inactive accounts.
  • Conduct regular client visits to foster and maintain strong partnerships.
  • Lead negotiations effectively and secure profitable agreements.
  • Proactively assess and interpret client requirements through sales data analysis, procurement forecasts, and inventory assessments.
  • Collaborate closely with trade marketing and e-commerce teams to align strategies.
  • Monitor performance metrics against established targets and propose actionable improvement plans based on commercial results.
  • Deliver consistent activity reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the consumer products industry, both offline and online.
  • Proven track record in managing regional or national negotiations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and adeptness at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A results-driven approach, emphasizing teamwork and resilience.
  • Fluency in English is essential for engaging with international stakeholders.
  • Strong autonomy, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
