We are a global business operating across four continents in 70 countries. From Shanghai to Paris, our international teams collaborate to serve more than 200 luxury clients.

As a Key Account Growth Manager, you will partner with luxury and premium brands to drive business impact through customer experience.

Your role will involve maintaining and nurturing your client portfolio by offering white glove service and added value.

You will also be responsible for project management, including proposal, execution, and delivery of projects.

This role requires a passion about the luxury industry and customer experience.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to design methodologies, develop new solutions, and offer expert advice to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Administration, Business, Management or related field.

Previous work experience preferably in retail and/or in a client-facing role (B2B) is required.

The successful candidate will be fluent in French & English (verbal and written).

Strong analytical skills, time management, and ability to examine data to make meaningful inferences and analysis are essential.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around €60,000 - €80,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
