Your Role
The Account Development Manager is the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic hotel clients. Key responsibilities include managing, retaining, and developing national and international accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Transform objections and daily operational issues into opportunities to enhance service and maximize sales
- Drive mutual value and growth for the business and key accounts
- Develop and nurture multiple key client relationships with customers
- Create solid relationships in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare regular reports on account portfolio
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have technical skills including experience in revenue management, hotel eCommerce, marketing/sales, or providing services and solutions to hotels. Bilingual fluency in French/English is required, with additional languages a plus. Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce CRM is also essential.
