Customer Service Representative

As a key member of the Imerys team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal sales, managing customer orders, requests, and complaints with efficiency and professionalism.
You will be responsible for developing a proactive market approach, monitoring customer order patterns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your strong customer orientation and business sense will enable you to understand customers' needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
Key responsibilities include managing customer orders, ensuring proactive communication, and contributing to the logistics team to identify alternative delivery solutions. You will also be responsible for managing the front office, preparing and reviewing the orderbook, and ensuring accurate order entry within the ERP system.
Additionally, you will interface with credit controlling, follow up on freight quotes, and ensure proper communication with sales managers about major events and customer developments.
You will be a team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a ability to manage priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in international business or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar function or in the industrial field
- Bilingual in English and French, with fluency in German
- Strong knowledge of IT tools, including ERP systems and Google workspace
