About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Manager BeNeLux. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with C-Level leaders and managers in the BeNeLux region, driving sales growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve or exceed business targets within your assigned territory and customers.
  • Manage and control the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Set and execute customer acquisition strategies for enterprise accounts, leveraging your expertise in software development tools and software development life cycle.
  • Align with business development managers, industry leads, and regional sales leadership teams to present a single front and represent a unified vision for our customers.
  • Interface with product management and marketing organizations to guide Qt tool-chain solutions and professional service direction, as well as production of sales plays.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in personal sales pipeline management, vertical market solution sales, and establishing strategic relationships with decision makers.
  • Knowledge in value-based selling, solution selling, and creating long-term business relationships in the software licensing industry.
  • Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with strong planning ability and ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Fluent in English.
