The Qt Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Manager BeNeLux. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with C-Level leaders and managers, as well as managing and controlling the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.

About the Role

As an Account Manager BeNeLux, you will work closely with all business functions, including Service Delivery and Marketing, to execute strategic plans and achieve or exceed business targets within your assigned territory and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with C-Level leaders and managers to establish trusted advisor status
  • Manage and control the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Set and execute customer acquisition strategies for enterprise accounts
  • Plan and manage at both the strategic, operational, and tactical customer-facing levels
  • Align with business development managers, industry leads, and regional sales leadership teams to present a single front and represent a single vision for our customers
  • Interface with product management and marketing organizations to guide Qt tool-chain solutions and professional service direction and production of sales plays

Requirements

  • Familiarity with software development tools and software development life cycle
  • Experience in developing business opportunities in the BeNeLux regions, with a focus on enterprise sales and complex solutions
  • Proven track record in personal sales pipeline management, vertical market solution sales, and establishing strategic relationships with decision makers
  • Knowledge in value-based selling, solution selling, and creating long-term business relationships in the software licensing industry
  • Target-driven, results-focused, and possess a consultative approach with effective questioning and active listening skills
  • Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, along with strong planning ability
  • Able to work independently in an environment that changes rapidly
  • Fluent in English

Experience

  • Good technical background, minimum of BS in a technical field preferred, and significant sales track record
  • 5+ years of experience selling development tools, embedded technology, or similar to enterprise customers
