Sales Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving new business across the country, managing the full sales cycle, and meeting and exceeding sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Increase sales of software licenses in the assigned territory by independent acquisition of new customers.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage and own the full sales cycle, including prospecting and qualification, contract negotiations, and closing business.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team environment to maximize revenue potential and ensure customer success.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong customer relationships at Management and C-level, encourage the search of new potential partners and the support to the existing ones.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in enterprise software solution sales, preferably in the CPM/EPM, ERP or BI space.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical attitude to learn the BOARD software and explain complex solutions.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in French and English.
