Omi is seeking a seasoned Head of Growth to lead our marketing organisation and drive international expansion. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive growth strategy, collaborating closely with the CEO and Sales team to drive business growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a growth strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base.
- Lead the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns, materials, and initiatives to generate qualified leads across different channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the business's growth strategy across sales, product development, customer success and other key areas of the business.
- Build an end-to-end marketing funnel that is ready to scale and can deliver our business goals, focused on SMB and mid-market customer segments.
- Identify and pursue new channels and business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Monitor growth metrics and KPIs, providing regular insights and reporting to the executive team and board of directors.
- Hire, train and manage a high-performing marketing team both locally and internationally.
- Drive channel diversification and take a data-driven approach to analysing the effectiveness of different channels.
- Collaborate with the CEO & Sales team to drive international expansion.
