About the Role

Omi is seeking a seasoned Head of Growth to lead our marketing organisation and drive international expansion. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive growth strategy, collaborating closely with the CEO and Sales team to drive business growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a growth strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our customer base.
  2. Lead the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns, materials, and initiatives to generate qualified leads across different channels.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the business's growth strategy across sales, product development, customer success and other key areas of the business.
  4. Build an end-to-end marketing funnel that is ready to scale and can deliver our business goals, focused on SMB and mid-market customer segments.
  5. Identify and pursue new channels and business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  6. Monitor growth metrics and KPIs, providing regular insights and reporting to the executive team and board of directors.
  7. Hire, train and manage a high-performing marketing team both locally and internationally.
  8. Drive channel diversification and take a data-driven approach to analysing the effectiveness of different channels.
  9. Collaborate with the CEO & Sales team to drive international expansion.
