RIDE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales Performance to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion for our commercial space services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase revenue and market share
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- 5-10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the space industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
