Votre mission en tant qu'Analyste Senior en Opérations d'Investissement sera de collaborer étroitement avec le Responsable du Support d'Investissement pour la Gestion d'Actifs Structurés (SAM) au sein du département des Opérations Globales d'AXA IM.

Vous serez chargé de fournir des services de contrôle de portefeuille et d'assistance aux investissements, tout en agissant comme point de contact privilégié pour les gestionnaires de portefeuille, les comptables de fonds et d'autres parties prenantes concernant les demandes liées aux opérations de middle et back-office.
Vos responsabilités incluront :
1. Activités Quotidiennes
- Servir de point de contact principal pour toutes les requêtes et problèmes émanant des gestionnaires de portefeuille et des tiers, tels que les comptables de fonds et les fournisseurs de services de middle office ;
- Effectuer des validations rigoureuses des valeurs liquidatives sur des portefeuilles spécifiques afin de garantir l'exactitude des prix fournis par les comptables de fonds, en vérifiant les données du portefeuille, y compris les positions, transactions, liquidités, prix des instruments, intérêts courus, et P&L de change à terme ;
- Assurer la qualité quotidienne des positions et des évaluations dans l'outil de gestion des opérations d'AXA IM, Simcorp Dimension ;
- Mettre en œuvre les contrôles établis par le Cadre de Contrôle des Risques Globaux (GRCF) et la Conformité pour les activités de Contrôle de Portefeuille, en veillant à l'application rigoureuse des règles définies ;
- Assister les gestionnaires de fonds dans les tâches de soutien aux investissements, telles que la gestion de la trésorerie, y compris les prévisions de liquidités et le suivi des découverts ;
- Garantir un processus adéquat pour la remontée des risques ou incidents, tant en interne qu'avec nos fournisseurs externes ;
- Coordonner la résolution des problèmes signalés avec toutes les parties concernées jusqu'à leur résolution, tout en suivant le plan d'action d'atténuation ;
- Maintenir la documentation des processus à jour et assurer la continuité des opérations.
2. Développement des Activités
- Collaborer avec les gestionnaires de portefeuille et diverses équipes (Salle de Marché, Reporting, Performance, Gestion des Risques, Services Clients...) pour garantir l'efficacité, la qualité et la rapidité de notre configuration opérationnelle ;
- Participer à la création et à la modification de portefeuilles, de nouveaux types d'instruments et de procédures opérationnelles, en liaison avec les équipes informatiques et d'ingénierie produit ;
- Proposer des solutions et diriger des initiatives visant à améliorer l'efficacité des processus opérationnels et des outils, tout en réduisant les risques et les coûts ;
- Contribuer aux projets de soutien à l'investissement, à la gouvernance et aux initiatives du département.
Partagez votre expertise
Nous recherchons des candidats ayant :
- Un diplôme en commerce ou finance, ou une expérience pertinente dans le secteur financier ;
- Une expérience significative (plus de 5 ans) dans des rôles de middle office ou front office ;
- Une connaissance approfondie des instruments financiers, y compris des dérivés OTC et listés, ainsi qu'une bonne compréhension des activités de gestion d'actifs ;
- Une compréhension complète du soutien à la gestion des investissements, ainsi que de l'administration et de la comptabilité des fonds ;
- Une aisance avec les outils informatiques – Excel, Simcorp, avec des compétences avancées en VBA et SQL étant un atout ;
- Une maîtrise de l'anglais.
