The Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Are you passionate about driving business growth by connecting with key decision-makers and generating new leads? As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential clients, paving the way for successful sales conversions.

  • Prospecting & Engagement: Utilize your communication skills to reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn. Engage with key decision-makers, gather valuable information, and schedule meetings with Enterprise clients.
  • Needs Analysis & Qualification: Through active listening and in-depth needs analysis, evaluate the potential of B2B prospects and determine their suitability for our client's solutions.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records within the CRM system to support analysis, reporting, and competitive monitoring.
  • Continuous Improvement: Explore innovative prospecting techniques (emails, calls, videos, SMS, and more) to optimize lead generation strategies.
