About the Role:
The Stonewood Group Inc. is seeking a seasoned executive to lead its global sales efforts. As the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth and expanding the company's presence in the enterprise technology market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Lead a team of sales professionals to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform strategic decisions
Requirements:
- 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the enterprise technology industry
- 5+ years of experience in a senior executive management position with a telecom or enterprise software solutions vendor
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
