About the Role:

The Stonewood Group Inc. is seeking a seasoned executive to lead its global sales efforts. As the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth and expanding the company's presence in the enterprise technology market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform strategic decisions

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the enterprise technology industry
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior executive management position with a telecom or enterprise software solutions vendor
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
