Position Overview

As a key member of the International Human Resources team, you will join a collaborative group dedicated to supporting Ubisoft's growth, where talent attraction, engagement, and retention are pivotal to success.

Within the Rewards Services division and under the guidance of a Rewards Programs Director, you will have the chance to contribute to the design, implementation, and monitoring of our international compensation programs. Ubisoft is renowned for its creativity and technical expertise in this area, providing you with the opportunity to engage in ambitious projects that have a significant impact on HR. Your responsibilities will include:


Market Intelligence:
  • Gathering local requirements for compensation surveys.
  • Facilitating the selection process for global service providers.
  • Establishing and coordinating the data submission process (including timelines, workflows, templates, etc.).
  • Ensuring overall methodological consistency in Job Matching and its connection to Job Architecture and Job Grading systems.
  • Analyzing data for annual Budget and Salary Grid processes, as well as for ad hoc requests.
  • Mentoring and supervising junior team members who will assist with various initiatives.

Compensation Review:
  • Contributing to the management of the compensation strategy (overall compensation structure, market positioning, etc.).
  • Assisting in the annual process calendar definition.
  • Helping to establish rules and guidelines.
  • Coordinating with the Financial Planning team during the budget definition phase.
  • Managing the creation and distribution of various tools (Excel, HRIS, etc.) necessary for the process, such as:

    - Local and global budget simulation tools
    - Salary Grid definition and collection tools
    - Compensation Review templates
  • Defining operational indicators based on Group guidelines to frame the validation process.
  • Organizing the consolidation, analysis, and final validation.
  • Collaborating with the LTI team to ensure integration into the Compensation Review process.
  • Working closely with Reward Partners to ensure that processes and tools meet their needs.
  • Providing operational support throughout the process (methodological questions, tool adaptations, special cases, etc.).

Depending on current events, you may also participate in various team projects.


Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with a successful background in:

  • A technical HR role or in Compensation & Benefits within an international context,
  • Or a generalist HR role with a desire to explore the technical aspects of Rewards.

  • You aspire to establish yourself as a C&B expert with a methodical and analytical approach to provide the best advice.

Additional Information

Recruitment Process

  • [30 minutes]: Phone interview with the recruiter.
  • [60 minutes]: Interview with the hiring manager and a recruiter.
  • [XXX]: Practical case.
  • [30 minutes]: Presentation of the practical case with the manager.
  • [60 minutes]: Interview with the N+2 and a Rewards Partner.
