En tant que responsable compensation et benefits au sein du Groupe Iliad, vous êtes directement rattaché(e) au directeur compensation & benefits. Votre rôle principal est de concevoir, développer et gérer les programmes de rémunération et d'avantages sociaux de l'entreprise.
Missions Principales
- Veiller à l'équité interne et à la compétitivité externe des rémunérations dans l'ensemble des géographies du groupe (3 pays).
- Répondre aux enquêtes de rémunération annuelles (WTW).
- Déployer la classification des fonctions selon la méthodologie de WTW.
- Assurer la cohérence et la compétitivité des programmes d'avantages sociaux : analyses comparatives, participation à la mise en place de nouveaux dispositifs (CET, plans épargne retraite, etc.).
- Soutenir la fonction RH sur les questions liées directement ou indirectement aux problématiques de rémunération (équité salariale, disparité, propositions de packages pour de nouveaux recrutements, etc.).
- Gérer la rémunération des cadres : revue salariale, fixation des objectifs, gestion de la performance, calcul de la rémunération variable.
- Contribuer à la structuration, au déploiement et à l'administration des plans de rémunération à long terme.
- Participer à l'ensemble des projets C&B : benchmarks, développement d'outils internes, automatisation des processus.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes, notamment les équipes RH, juridiques, financières.
Compétences Requises
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en C&B, idéalement dans un environnement international, avec notamment une expérience en grading/évaluation des postes et benchmarks.
- Excellente communication, orale et écrite.
- Sens de l'innovation, capacité d'analyse et agilité intellectuelle.
- Gestion de projets.
- Maîtrise du pack Office indispensable, notamment Excel.
- Anglais professionnel.
Niveau de Formation
- Niveau Bac +3 à 5 avec une spécialisation en finance, HR généraliste, Paie.
- C'est un plus, si vous avez un MBA en Global Compensation and Benefits au sein du Cercle Magellan
