Position Overview

As the Compensation and Benefits Lead at Groupe Iliad, you will play a pivotal role in crafting, implementing, and overseeing the organization’s compensation and benefits strategies. Collaborating with various departments, you will ensure that compensation frameworks align with the broader goals of the company while analyzing industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in attracting and retaining top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain internal fairness and external market competitiveness of compensation across multiple regions.
  • Participate in annual compensation benchmarking surveys.
  • Facilitate job classification using established methodologies.
  • Ensure the coherence and competitiveness of benefits offerings through comparative assessments and the introduction of new programs.
  • Advise HR on compensation-related matters, including salary fairness and new hire proposals.
  • Oversee executive remuneration processes, including salary assessments, goal establishment, performance evaluations, and variable pay calculations.
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and management of long-term incentive programs.
  • Engage in Compensation and Benefits projects, including benchmarking, tool development, and process optimization.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including HR, legal, and finance teams.

This role is dynamic and may evolve, welcoming innovative ideas and proactive contributions.

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, preferably in a global context, with a focus on job evaluation and benchmarking.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities, analytical mindset, and adaptability.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Fluent in English.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, human resources, or payroll management.
  • An MBA specializing in Global Compensation and Benefits is advantageous.
