About the Role

At Google, we're committed to helping businesses thrive in the digital landscape. As a Sales Specialist, you'll play a key part in shaping the future of contact centers by introducing innovative solutions to businesses across industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with internal Google Cloud Sales teams to grow Customer Experience businesses and drive value for Google Cloud business cycles.
  • Work with Product teams to help customers build new products leveraging AI and Google Cloud solutions.
  • Build and maintain executive customer relationships as the Contact Center AI (CCAI) Subject Matter Expert.
  • Manage complex business cycles, identify suitable use cases for Google Cloud solutions, and influence long-term strategic direction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • ~10 years of experience in a sales role in the enterprise software, cloud, or AI space.
  • Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client relationship management.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Field Sales, Customer Engineering, and Solution Architects.
  • Understanding of regional, local, and industry data privacy and security rules and regulations.
