Role Overview
- Deliver operational assistance to the presidency team concerning research and institutional agreements.
- Contribute to the organization of the research commission within the academic council, collaborating with the Legal and Institutional Affairs Department.
- Assist in the formulation of the research and innovation budget for the institution.
- Play a role in the development and execution of research policy incentives.
- Conduct monitoring and analysis of performance indicators and dashboards, evaluate actions, and oversee project outcomes.
- Represent the Director of DiReV in various internal and external bodies related to research administration.
- Inspire and lead teams towards achieving project goals and objectives.
- Manage the administration of digital services tailored to research administration and the enhancement of research activities, in partnership with the Information Systems Department.
Candidate Profile
Knowledge Requirements
- Understanding of research policies, objectives, and projects within higher education and research sectors.
- Familiarity with scientific knowledge and activities of university research frameworks.
- Expertise in administrative, budgetary, and financial management practices within public institutions.
- Insight into the organization and functioning of higher education, public research, and research entities.
- Proficiency in English, ranging from B2 to C1 level.

- Experience in establishing data-sharing tools in complex environments, along with data analysis and service development.
