Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director with a robust background in SaaS solution sales, ideally with over 5 years in the technology or software sectors. This role requires a proven track record of driving, managing, and successfully closing enterprise-level deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth across a designated territory, collaborating with sales personnel and engaging in business and industry meetings.
  • Exceed sales quotas through a resilient and energetic approach, demonstrating a growth mindset.
  • Effectively communicate our value proposition to C-Level executives, Sales, and Marketing leaders.
  • Manage complex sales cycles, from initial discovery to relationship building and closing.
  • Develop new business opportunities by establishing a network of industry contacts.
  • Work closely with the Sales Engineering team to tailor product demonstrations and solution packages to meet client needs.
  • Leverage internal resources to maximize deal size and expedite sales processes.
  • Provide weekly reports on sales activities and maintain accurate sales forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS solution sales with a successful history of closing enterprise deals.
  • Experience selling cloud/SaaS software to large, strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Strong consultative sales skills within a SaaS/Cloud environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements and industry events.
