At Simaero, a world-leading provider of pilot training and aviation engineering services, we are seeking a dynamic Global Accounts Manager to join our team in Paris.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to lead our commercial efforts in international markets. As a Global Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's commercial objectives are met by commercializing our products and generating revenues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting processes, and meet commercial targets
  • Set commercial goals and develop commercial strategies for B2B markets
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction with our cooperation
  • Proactively contact corporate existing clients to collect training plan information and boost sales
  • Contact and meet potential customers by phone, email, and in person
  • Prepare and send commercial proposals, presentations, and product documentation
  • Organize and attend commercial meetings, presenting the company and its products in person
  • Prepare, send, and negotiate commercial contracts
  • Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
  • Research prospects and generate leads
  • Continuously update the sales process through specific software programs
  • Attend industry events for company representation, networking, and commercial relationships
  • Participate in other projects and tasks for business development
Requirements

We are looking for a highly educated individual with a degree in Business Administration, Commercial and/or Marketing Management, and strong advantage related to Aviation. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, commercial services, and advantage in the Aviation industry.

The successful candidate will be result and business-orientated, with an ambitious mindset. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and knowledge of a third language is an advantage. At least some knowledge of French and willingness to improve French is required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent representation, communication, organization, and PC user skills (MS Office, CRM). Willingness to travel abroad frequently is a must. Ability to build rapport with customers and close deals is essential. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills are also required.

A strong advantage is some knowledge and background about aviation training services.
