Key Responsibilities

The Regional Vice President (RVP) for EMEA South plays a crucial role in our expanding Enterprise sales operations in Southern Europe. This position is vital for our ongoing success and growth in the EMEA region.

  • Drive incremental growth and acquire new clients within Enterprise companies in EMEA South.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to develop complex deals that deliver significant business value and return on investment for our customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales engineering, and business development teams to secure new Enterprise clients.
  • Utilize internal resources effectively, including value engineering, pre-sales support, marketing, lead generation, and professional services, to achieve sales objectives.
  • Build a talent pool of Enterprise Account Executives to strengthen the sales organization.
Work Environment

This position involves a combination of in-office and remote work, with a requirement for access to an office location as specified by team needs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or engineering.
  • Fluency in English and French is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing high-performing SaaS Enterprise sales teams.
  • Proven ability to engage in discussions with C-level and Senior Executive prospects in large multinational companies.
  • Experience in hiring, developing, and coaching Enterprise sales teams.
  • Capability to formulate and implement strategic sales plans effectively.
  • Strong understanding of software and cloud solutions.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and/or other contact center management systems.
