Enterprise Sales Leader - Governance, Risk, and Compliance Suite

About the Role

The Enterprise Sales Leader is responsible for driving sales growth and customer acquisition within an assigned territory. This role requires building relationships with executive-level buyers and influencers in large, enterprise organizations to identify and deliver Workiva solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out sales opportunities through collaboration with peer sales teams, inside sales, and partnerships.
  • Utilize information gathered during the needs analysis phase to deliver a compelling demonstration of the Workiva platform.
  • Address customer objections and find solutions to various client challenges.
  • Lead the sales process to a close by effectively showcasing Workiva's value proposition.
  • Regularly update customer relationship management tools to report customer contacts.
  • Provide accurate forward-looking information through pipeline analysis to forecast sales.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to secure the sale.
  • Rally internal support to pursue an account and optimize internal resources.
  • Prioritize selling activities and ensure timely follow-through.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Workiva products through ongoing training and a growth mindset.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a related role - enterprise technology or similar complex solution sales.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience.
