Job Summary

The Head of Markets Sales France is a senior-level position responsible for driving revenue growth and market share expansion in France. This role requires a strong leader who can develop and execute strategies to achieve business objectives, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion in France.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team across the region, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Trading, Risk, and Compliance, to ensure effective execution of key initiatives and review processes.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Ensure adherence to Citi's Code of Conduct and policies, as well as regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a related role, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and influence a diverse population across geographies and products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to travel extensively across the region, as required.
Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred.
