At Sealed Air Corporation, we are seeking a Business Development Director to lead our growth initiatives and drive business expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and implementing effective market positioning and business operations improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote our company as a leader in the large or low volume parenteral (LVP) packaging, ostomy barrier film, and biopharmaceutical film markets, driving sales and market presence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with our innovation and development team to ensure our products meet market demands and customer needs.
  • Represent our company at international exhibitions and congresses, promoting our brand and products.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level with a preference for technical subjects.
  • Experience in the field, ideally with exposure to the medical sector, demonstrating good business acumen and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively and represent our company at international events.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) and at least one other language (preferably German, but French, Italian, or Spanish also accepted).
