You will play a key role in shaping the trade negotiation strategy and ensuring its successful implementation.

  • Develop strategic and operational plans to optimize Brown-Forman's volumes and profitability within the Off-Premises channel.
  • Ensure commercial coherence across a group of customers.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and marketing decision-makers to drive category vision and implementation.
  • Work closely with field sales and area sales managers to optimize customer marketing plans.
What You Can Expect

You will be responsible for implementing Brown-Forman's sales policy in collaboration with the Sales Director.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop customer business plans.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to optimize Brown-Forman's business development.
  • Manage customer operating accounts to achieve results while optimizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for negotiating and implementing commercial agreements.

  • Negotiate and implement contracts with customers, ensuring follow-up and alignment with allocated resources and trade policy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers' commercial networks to better understand and influence their category and commercial policy.
  • Ensure correct application of regional trade agreements in coordination with area managers.
  • Optimize logistics chains in accordance with CGA and CGV, ensuring accurate transmission of necessary information to the Supply Chain.
Communication and Cross-Functionality

You will be responsible for communicating with other departments to ensure excellent application of commercial agreements.

  • Share relevant information with marketing, supply chain, finance, and sales teams.
  • Develop customer relationships with purchasing, buyers, and marketing group leaders.
  • Contribute to the setup of international agreements and optimize French counterparts with international purchasing centers.
