Your Role:

  • Formulate a Channel Enablement strategy and business plan for a designated territory.
  • Serve as a regional liaison for Channel Enablement, collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure that corporate marketing and sales initiatives are clear and actionable for channel partners, leading to measurable pipeline growth.
  • Establish robust relationships with current channel partners, offering training, support, and resources to facilitate their success.
  • Engage actively in channel enablement strategy while executing and delivering impactful programs.
  • Identify and onboard new Channel Partners by coordinating meetings, preparing agreements, and activating accounts.
  • Evaluate channel performance metrics and partner feedback to continually refine channel programs for optimal effectiveness.
  • Assist sales teams in identifying potential channel partners, vetting leads, and articulating our partnership model and objectives.
  • Act as a conduit for feedback from channel partners and the field to enhance programs and ensure long-term account retention.
  • Represent DataGalaxy at industry events and conferences to promote our solutions and cultivate strategic relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B indirect sales support or enablement.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing effective channel partner relationships in Europe, driving revenue growth, and meeting sales targets.
  • In-depth understanding of channel partner dynamics, business models, and go-to-market strategies within the data governance sector.
  • Ability to calculate ROI and assess performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in both French and English.
