About the Role:
The RVP EMEA South is a key and instrumental position in our expanding Southern Europe Enterprise sales operation and is central to our continued success and expansion in EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead an EMEA South Enterprise sales team in creating complex deals that create business value and ROI for the customer
- Win new Enterprise clients and logos with the support of marketing, sales engineering and business development
- Leverage the various internal resources at your disposal (value engineering, pre-sales, marketing, lead generation, support and professional services) to win new business
- Create an Enterprise Account Executive talent pool for the sales organization
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading, growing and managing high performing SaaS Enterprise sales teams
- Experience in driving C-level / Senior Executive level discussions in large multinational based prospects
- Verified experience in hiring, building and coaching Enterprise sales teams
- Ability to create and execute strategic sales plans and driving the execution of them
- Clear understanding of software and or cloud solutions
- Experience of Salesforce and/or other contact center management systems
