EMEA Sales Enablement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Trainer EMEA to join our team. As a Sales Trainer EMEA, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and performance of sales reps in the EMEA country/region.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new hires, covering product knowledge, sales skills, and company processes
- Conduct regular performance needs analyses to identify skill gaps and training requirements across the sales team
- Design and deliver tailored training courses, both live and self-paced, incorporating diverse learning methods such as online tests, role-playing exercises, and job simulations
- Coordinate and oversee training events, including logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Track training completion rates and record key performance metrics to measure program effectiveness
You will work closely with sales managers to assess business needs and evaluate post-training performance improvements. Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations to align training initiatives with overall revenue goals and strategies.
