Senior Clinical Account Manager NGS, France, Sud

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the promotion of our NGS clinical solutions to existing and new customers in the academic medical center, routine and pathology testing lab, and hospital markets.
- Develop and implement strategies to successfully adopt our technology within these markets, exploring potential applications and solutions in both pre-clinical and clinical settings.
- Manage the opportunity pipeline from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
- Meet revenue targets and deadlines by effectively implementing regional forecasts and conducting regular business reviews.
- Maintain accurate customer information through Thermo Fisher Scientific's CRM (Sales Force) system.
- Develop and execute tactics to grow existing and new businesses in targeted accounts, protect current base business, and increase market share.
- Align complex product solutions and services with key customer initiatives to improve customer value and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with key Thermo Fisher Scientific collaborating partners, savant society, and key decision-makers.
- Respond to customer requests and issues with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Present business cases to different audiences, demonstrating excellent listening and influencing skills.
- Estimated 50-75% travel required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field, with relevant experience; or an MS degree in Life Sciences. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Demonstrable success in complex selling in the healthcare market, specifically in vitro diagnostics, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals.
- Proven experience in sales, NGS sequencing, and molecular biology.
- Understanding of healthcare industry standards, guidelines, and environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce.
