As a Front Desk Hospitality Agent, you will be the face of Sonder and play a critical role in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Guide guests through the Sonder experience, ensuring they are able to make the most out of their stay
  • Utilize digital communication systems to receive guest calls, SMS, and live chats, and offer immediate support from the Front Desk
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness
  • Assist building leadership with administrative tasks to keep all operations running smoothly
  • Support the back-of-house/Hospitality Agent team on a day-to-day basis as needs arise
  • Ensure the maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of guest-facing and back-of-house working spaces

Requirements:

  • Personable, guest-centric, and positive
  • Demonstrated experience working in hotels, restaurants, or other customer-facing hospitality, service, and/or customer experience roles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer literacy and writing skills, with comfort switching between multiple desktop and mobile applications
  • Organized, hardworking, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
  • Flexible schedule and open to working evenings, weekends, and holidays
