As a key member of our expanding Southern Europe Enterprise sales operation, you will play a pivotal role in driving incremental growth and net new logos with Enterprise companies in EMEA South. Key Responsibilities:- Lead an EMEA South Enterprise sales team in creating complex deals that drive business value and ROI for customers
- Win new Enterprise clients and logos with the support of marketing, sales engineering, and business development
- Leverage internal resources to win new business, including value engineering, pre-sales, marketing, lead generation, support, and professional services
- Create an Enterprise Account Executive talent pool for the sales organization
- Proven experience in leading, growing, and managing high-performing SaaS Enterprise sales teams
- Experience driving C-level/Senior Executive level discussions in large multinational prospects
- Verified experience in hiring, building, and coaching Enterprise sales teams
- Ability to create and execute strategic sales plans and drive their execution
- Clear understanding of software and/or cloud solutions
- Experience with Salesforce and/or other contact center management systems
- Employee divides time between in-office and remote work, with access to an office location required
- Positions at DocuSign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid, or Remote, specific to the role/job
- Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, engineering)
- Fluency in English and French
