Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our B2B partnerships in the EMEA region. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with key industry leaders, driving partnerships, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate, evaluate, and execute strategic opportunities with industry leaders across various sectors, including media & entertainment, gaming, telecom, retail, and more.
- Support team leaders in the prospection and origination of new opportunities.
- Pitch innovative business programs to grow Deezer's partnerships revenues.
- Maintain and document the sales and deals pipeline, benchmarking against similar deals in other regions.
- Manage complex contract negotiations with partners and key stakeholders involved in B2B projects.
- Communicate with internal project stakeholders, articulating opportunities and maintaining clear documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years' international experience in business development or partnerships in the sectors of hardware, gaming, media, retail, or telecommunications.
- Proven track record of autonomous project leadership, executing, negotiating, and closing complex partnerships and deals with large companies.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills, with an ability to influence outcomes externally and internally.
- Autonomous, strategic thinker with strong prioritization and self-organization abilities.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset, bringing motivation and energy to the team.
- Fluent English, with experience working internationally and across cultures.
