Lead Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Veepee group has unified its diverse European brands, collectively comprising 6000 employees, into a single entity. With a remarkable turnover of 3.7 billion Euros, Veepee is a prominent player in the European digital commerce sector, operating across 14 countries.
Role Overview
As part of a distributed HR team across Europe, you will engage in all recruitment initiatives for the Veepee Tech community. Your role as a key business partner involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle in close collaboration with HR Business Partners and Engineering Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete candidate journey from sourcing to hiring, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.
- Manage a substantial volume of open roles and candidates utilizing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Design and implement effective sourcing strategies to cultivate a robust pipeline of high-caliber candidates.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to anticipate staffing needs and assist in team building.
- Negotiate and extend offers to successful candidates.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance, develop, and implement new recruitment processes.
- Engage in transversal projects alongside recruitment and HR teams.
- Participate in staffing committees to present weekly activities and validate recruitment requests.
- Contribute to team rituals and engage in both internal and external events.
Essential Qualifications
- Strong interest and understanding of the business and technology landscape.
- Experience in technical recruitment, either in-house or through an agency.
- Proficient in utilizing various platforms to identify, recruit, and secure top-tier candidates.
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage high-volume hiring and project ownership.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Collaborative team player.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in a third European language (French or Spanish) is advantageous.
- Data-driven mindset.
