We are seeking a seasoned Client Director to join our Arista Networks Sales organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing a sales strategy to pursue large deals for our Open Networking platforms within a targeted list of enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with our Pre-Sales Engineers to design and position compelling solutions that drive down the total cost of ownership.
  • Partner with technology partners to identify prospects and demonstrate best-in-class solutions.
  • Establish and manage key channel relationships in your territory.
  • Formulate strategic and tactical account plans based on periodic business reviews with your prospects and customers.
  • Conduct demand generation activities such as happy hours, lunch-n-learns, and technology forums.
  • Stay up-to-date with technology partner solutions, competing solutions, and competitor strategies.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of technology sales experience with a proven track record of direct selling into target accounts.
  • Relevant data center or networking experience, including product selling experience from a technology partner, competitor, channel partner, or end user.
  • Strong rolodex and relationships within the territory.
  • Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Technical acumen in areas such as networking, SDN, NFV, switching, network automation, routing, data center, edge computing, network virtualization, hyper-converged infrastructure, or cloud computing.
