Role Overview:

Magnetfab, a pioneering CNRS spin-off, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Co-Founder, with the potential to assume a C-level role within the company. This is an exceptional opportunity to help shape the future of our company at the highest level, driving strategic decisions and key initiatives that will define our success.

We are looking for a visionary leader who can bring strategic oversight and executive management skills to Magnetfab. As a Co-Founder, you will be instrumental in establishing collaborations with industry partners and driving our business development, sales, marketing, and financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and establish and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients to expand our market presence.
  • Sales: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage client accounts, and drive revenue growth through successful deal-making and client engagement.
  • Marketing: Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, including digital marketing, content development, and branding efforts to promote Magnetfab's innovative products.
  • Finance: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Contribute to fundraising efforts and manage financial operations to support strategic growth.
  • Leadership: Collaborate closely with the CEO, CTO, and the rest of the team to align business strategies with our vision, and play a key role in fostering a positive and productive team culture.

Requirements:

  • Proven Success: A strong track record in business development, sales, and marketing within high-tech sectors, particularly in driving growth and closing deals.
  • Industry Experience: Extensive experience in the semiconductor or microelectronics industry, ideally with a background in MEMS technologies.
  • Experience with financial aspects: Experience in financial management, including budgeting, financial planning, and fundraising, preferably within a startup or high-tech environment.
  • Strategic Vision: Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute plans that align with our long-term goals.
  • Leadership Abilities: Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and inspire a team.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive, innovative approach with a passion for startup culture and a willingness to take on multiple roles in a dynamic environment.
  • Language skills: Proficiency in both English and French is required.
