Responsable de la vente d’espaces publicitaires pour les publications Jeune Afrique et The Africa Report et leurs sites respectifs, vous êtes également l’un(e) de nos premiers ambassadeurs des activités événementielles du Groupe. En tant que Business Développement Manager, vous êtes un expert(e) de vos pays, aussi bien sur la connaissance du mapping client que des enjeux stratégiques et l’actualité. Rattaché(e) directement à la Direction du Pôle Afrique au sein de la régie publicitaire située à Paris, vous possédez un portefeuille pays qui vous conduit à vous déplacer régulièrement et sur plusieurs semaines consécutives dans des pays d’Afrique subsaharienne.
Ainsi, vous êtes en charge de :
Développer le chiffre d’affaires de l’ensemble des produits et services du Groupe sur votre périmètre toute l’année, via des missions dans les pays concernés et également à distance.
En amont de vos missions
Comprendre les enjeux pays, analyser les marchés locaux, et identifier les opportunités commerciales ;
Cibler et démarcher les partenaires locaux (sociétés tous secteurs d’activité, institutions, gouvernement) ;
Planifier vos missions : organisation de vos déplacements, prise de rendez-vous, ...
Lors de vos missions
Développer le chiffre d’affaires des produits et services du Groupe en :
Présentant et valorisant de manière argumentée les produits ;
Négociant avec les différents interlocuteurs rencontrés ;
Concluant des contrats selon les règles commerciales du Groupe.
Envoyant un reporting hebdomadaire sur toutes les actions menées sur le terrain
Faisant de la veille afin de donner la meilleure visibilité à nos titres et évènements en local, de proposer de nouveaux projets/idées
Au retour de vos missions
Effectuer les reportings nécessaires,
Réaliser le suivi des prospects et clients rencontrés (CR des rdv via le CRM, bouclage, recouvrement, …)
ProfilFormation commerciale, marketing, communication (bac + 4/+5), vous disposez d’une première expérience commerciale BTOB réussie (2/3 ans)
Fort tempérament commercial : goût prononcé pour la vente & la négociation, capacité à conclure des affaires ;
Capacité à initier et à mener des échanges avec des interlocuteurs multiples et de haut niveau, à construire un réseau
Capacité à commercialiser des offres multiples sur plusieurs marques & leviers (Pub, Event, Abonnements..etc)
Autonome, organisé, rigoureux, réactif, esprit d'initiative, sens du relationnel et une forte capacité à travailler en équipe au sein de la Régie et en transversal dans le groupe
Bonne culture générale, une connaissance du continent africain est un véritable atout ;
Bilingue Français/Anglais ; une 3ème langue est souhaitée (Portugais, Espagnol, …).
