Cette société est un pionnier de la Medtech, expert du suivi et de l’accompagnement personnalisés des patients chroniques.Ils développent pour leurs clients (laboratoires pharmaceutiques, hôpitaux, pharmacies ) des services uniques, hautement personnalisés en s’appuyant sur les technologies digitales.

Ils renforcent leur équipe commercial avec ce poste de Business Development Manager pour le marché français.

Vos missions

Sous la responsabilité du Managing Director, l'objectif est de participer à la croissance de l'activité en France et d'atteindre les objectifs avec les clients Pharma.
- Exécution du plan commercial sur un territoire dédié (10 à 15 comptes) avec la responsabilité de l'ensemble du cycle de vente - prospection, présentation des offres, négociation et vente finale etc...
- Suivi des projets clés pour assurer le partie Customer Success en collaboration avec les directeurs opérationnels.
- Participer à l'élaboration des tactiques commerciales (ciblage, prospection, etc.)
- Participer aux activités marketing dédiées, de la stratégie (construction du plan avec le marketing d'entreprise) au déploiement (représenter l'entreprise sur tous les événements marketing et de communication en Europe - animation de petits-déjeuners clients, webinaires, participation à des conférences, etc.)
- Structurer et renforcer les outils de gestion des connaissances commerciales.
- Analyser et piloter la performance commerciale à l'aide de nos outils CRM et proposer des plans d'action pour améliorer l'efficacité.

Vos compétences
- Expérience dans le domaine de la santé/pharmacie dans le domaine de la santé ou de l'industrie pharmaceutique.
- Minimum 2 à 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine Sales ou dans le secteur du Conseil ou des technologies de la santé
- L'anglais est indispensable (oral et écrit).
