**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Head of Accounting, you are responsible for the Accounts Payable team involved in Marketing and General & Administrative spendings. You manage two people.
**What you will do**:
- Strategic supplier management (bookkeeping, payment, matching and analysis) and follow-up of contracts and amendments
- Ensuring the successful completion of the monthly closing (bookkeeping and monitoring accruals and prepaid expenses)
- Review of the ageing and subledger balances (settle the accounts, debtor vendors, old bills, invoice disputes ), advances, accruals and prepayments
- Cash forecasting
- Analysis required by management and auditors
- Involvement in transformation projects and continuous internal improvements (including the upgrade of the e-procurement tool)
**Qualifications**:
**This role is excellent for a person with**:
- You have a degree such as BAC+2 in Accounting/Management, a proven and minimum 7+ years of experience in an international and ideally listed group
- You have used Sage FRP 1000 or an equivalent ERP in an international environment with several entities
- You have managed a small team; you are organised and you can manage priorities, projects and deadlines
- Your oral and written English is excellent: communication with our partners and some Deezer teams is in English
- You like challenges and you have analysis skills, which will allow you to work on a large scope and with other teams in particular with FP&A team on “Purchase to Pay” process
- You can work in a fast moving and challenging environment, you have solid skills in using desk tools and dedicated tools
