**Mission**:
Enseigne du Groupe Le Duff, Del Arte est aujourd’hui le leader de la restauration à l’italienne, avec plus de 200 restaurants en France.
Nous recherchons un Leader de salle (H/F) pour rejoindre notre équipe.
Véritable ambassadeur de notre enseigne auprès de nos clients, vous vous assurez qu’ils passent un excellent moment dans notre restaurant.
Au sein de l’équipe de salle, vous contribuez au bon déroulement du service en appliquant les « bons gestes Del Arte » tout au long du parcours client. Par votre savoir-faire et votre savoir-être, vous animez toutes les étapes du parcours client de l’accueil à la prise de congé et garantissez ainsi la qualité et la régularité de notre prestation.
Vous maîtrisez notre carte et savez conseiller utilement nos clients dans leur choix.
Vous accompagnez les nouveaux arrivants et prenez en charge leur formation terrain.
**Profil**:
Vous êtes doté(e) d’une expérience significative en service en salle.
Dynamisme, sens du contact et exemplarité sont bien évidemment des qualités essentielles pour vous épanouir chez Del Arte.
Formation assurée à nos process et produits.
L’ensemble de nos postes sont ouverts aux personnes en situation de handicap.
