**Business Development Representative (basé à Opéra) **(F/H)**:
**Splio est une scale-up du marché des technologies marketing et digitales **dont le siège est à Paris (Opéra). L’entreprise compte plus de 250 collaborateurs et 4 bureaux en Europe et MEA.

**Splio édite une plateforme marketing SaaS** qui intègre CDP et Marketing Automation ainsi que toutes les fonctionnalités essentielles du CRM (fidélité, Mobile Wallets), en une seule et même plateforme boostée à l’IA.

Plus de 500 entreprises du retail, e-commerce, FMCG et des Télécoms, à travers l’Europe et le MEA utilisent Splio au quotidien, parmi lesquelles Nature et Découvertes, Longchamp, Bazarchic, APC, The Kooples, Fnac-Darty, Micromania, Faguo, Cyrillus, Orange ou encore Samsung.

**Missions principales**:
Au sein de l’équipe BDR EMEA (France, Espagne, Italie), ta mission est de générer des **leads qualifiés** pour l’équipe commerciale. Tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciale et marketing à l’exécution d’une **stratégie Outbound** **d’acquisition clients **sur le marché français.

Tu travailleras en amont du process de vente en identifiant des **opportunités business**. Ton rôle est donc primordial pour le succès de l’équipe commerciale.

Tes missions seront les suivantes:

- Avoir une bonne compréhension de l’offre et de la proposition de valeur de Splio
- Identifier les interlocuteurs clés via les différents **outils de prospection** mis à disposition
- Planifier un premier RDV avec tes prospects par **téléphone, mail, Linkedin**:

- Mener ce **RDV de qualification** avec ton prospect afin d’identifier ses besoins
- Planifier un second RDV qui sera lui mené par l’équipe commerciale
- Participer à des salons et à des évènements avec l’équipe commerciale

**Profil recherché**
- Tu es diplômé(e) d’un Master en École de Commerce (ou équivalent)
- Tu maîtrises parfaitement la langue française, avec une excellente communication écrite et orale
- Tu as un bon niveau d’anglais
- Tu as la fibre commerciale
- Tu es organisé et méthodique
- Tu es rigoureux et assidu dans l’exécution et le suivi des tâches
- Tu n’as pas peur d’enchaîner les appels
- Résilient, tu fais preuve de persévérance et de détermination
- Tu souhaites travailler dans une équipe jeune et dynamique au service d’un projet d’entreprise ambitieux
