Key Responsibilities as a Sales Operations Manager:
  • Process Enhancement:
    Identify opportunities to refine Sales processes and workflows, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborative Problem-solving:
    Work closely with the Sales team to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Data & Tools Integration:
    Partner with our Sales Operations Administrator to enhance operational efficiency across tools (Salesforce, Drift, Gong, etc.) and collaborate with the Sales & Customer Data Analyst to bridge communication between Data Analytics and our CRM.
  • Target Management & Commission Oversight:
    Support Sales managers in target setting and oversee monthly commission payments through Qobra.
  • Effective Communication:
    Facilitate clear communication within the Sales team regarding new processes or projects, providing support to Sales leaders as necessary.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Act as a key stakeholder for the Enablement team, sharing best practices and Sales-related insights to equip the team for success. Collaborate with CS, Legal, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with Sales priorities.
  • Strategic Project Management:
    Proactively identify and manage projects aimed at eliminating bottlenecks in Sales processes, including scoping business requirements and driving change.
What you will need to succeed:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Operations or a related field

• Strong project management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, Qobra, and data visualization tools (Metabase, Looker) is advantageous

• Proven collaboration skills with diverse teams

• Understanding of the SaaS landscape and technology sector

• Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken
