Job Description

As a key member of our Amazon France team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and supporting companies in their digital development on Amazon. Your primary objective will be to build trusting relationships with partner sellers and help them maximize their sales performance across all Amazon Marketplaces in Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support companies in launching their business on Amazon.fr, including identifying and prospecting potential partners, initiating contact, and educating them on the benefits of selling on Amazon.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner sellers, providing them with guidance and support to develop their business on Amazon.
  • Work with partner sellers to implement key account management strategies, including selection, conversion, international expansion, logistics and supply chain, promotions, advertising, and brand management.
  • Train partner sellers on the tools available in the Seller Central account to ensure their autonomy and success.
  • Be proactive in identifying areas for improvement and developing new skills through cross-functional projects in an international environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a Business School or an Engineering School (or equivalent university education)
  • Strong interest in the E-commerce sector
  • Excellent level of French and English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving environment and manage complexity
Preferred Qualifications
  • One or more successful commercial experiences in managing customer accounts
  • Experience in the e-commerce sector, in account management, sales, or consulting
  • Ability to exceed marketing/conversion targets using a consulting approach focused on solutions
