Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our passionate, commercially focused team as an EU Sales Manager. You'll be at the forefront of growing our Haircare Brands Christophe Robin and Grow Gorgeous, working closely with the Sales Director to develop the brands in the EU territory.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prospect for new clients to expand our portfolio and ensure they're the right opportunity to grow the business.
  2. Identify new opportunities to grow the business in each retailer, e-retailer, and distributor.
  3. Organize resources for sales presentations, analyze needs, and best practices for each retailer versus competitive activity.
  4. Merchandising: optimize assets, copy, p-pages, etc.
  5. Lead Trade Marketing operations with guidance for each retailer.
  6. Partner with the Ops team to ensure accurate forecasts and retailer stock levels.
  7. Manage Account Managers within the team.

Requirements

  1. Prior experience in sales, preferably with major retail accounts in the beauty industry.
  2. Strong organizational, prioritization, follow-up, and meeting deadlines skills.
  3. Structured mind with high multi-tasking ability.
  4. Creative problem-solving with top-class troubleshooting skills.
  5. High IT literacy, especially in Excel and Office.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills.
