Sales Director
Harreda Talent Partners is collaborating with a service provider specialising in Process Analytical Technology (PAT) implementation throughout the pharmaceutical and industrial sectors. This organisation aims to add a key player to its EMEA leadership team, driving growth across diverse verticals. Your leadership will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, nurturing high-value client relationships, and spearheading business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Lead the creation and implementation of sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a dynamic sales team to deliver exceptional results.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Market Insight and Analysis: Monitor industry trends to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of sales initiatives.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry or a related regulated sector. Proven track record in leading sales teams and driving substantial revenue growth.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Process Analytical Technology (PAT) and software solutions for manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong leadership and motivational capabilities, exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales forecasting techniques.
- Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel extensively as needed to engage with clients and attend industry events.
