Overview of the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional for the position of Director of BioPharma Business Development at SOPHiA GENETICS. This role requires a proven history of driving business growth and sales within the BioPharma sector. Candidates should have experience in promoting products or services related to Genomic Diagnostics and the NGS Workflow.

Your primary objective will be to enhance the market presence and adoption of our diagnostic offerings, particularly focusing on our innovative ctDNA-based solution developed in collaboration with a leading Academic Medical Center.

The MSK ACCESS, powered by SOPHiA DDM, will be accessible to BioPharma entities, aiding in research and development initiatives, clinical trials, and patient care on a global scale.

As part of a dynamic global team, you will manage a designated territory across Europe while working remotely.

Key Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  1. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in consultative sales.
  2. Expertise in providing tailored solutions to clients within the BioPharma industry.
  3. Strong understanding of products, services, or solutions associated with Genomic Diagnostics or the NGS Workflow.
  4. Familiarity with Liquid Biopsy Applications in relation to the NGS workflow is highly advantageous.
