Strategic Sales Director, Automotive Vertical

The Trade Desk is a pioneering media buying platform that helps global brands deliver a more insightful and relevant ad experience for consumers. We are seeking a senior sales individual to drive growth and partnerships in the automotive vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global account strategies, aligning with client goals and maximizing growth opportunities.
  • Lead strategic relationships and opportunities within the automotive vertical across EMEA and globally.
  • Collaborate with global sales, client services, and trading teams to cultivate focused accounts and brands.
  • Communicate the value of partnering with The Trade Desk to solve client business needs and challenges.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in digital advertising outbound sales.
  • Experience working across geographies in an overlay capacity with cross-functional teams.
  • Existing relationships with global and regional decision makers at major auto brands and agencies.
  • Strong quantitative skills and negotiation ability, able to lead commercial negotiations for large global accounts.
  • Business fluent English and German.
